The Hearach Isle of Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky celebrates the connection between the Harris Outer Hebridean spirit making and the Sherry region of Andalusia in Spain.
Tasting Notes: Winter spices, Green Herbs, White Chocolate, Walnut, Woodsmoke, Dried Oranges, Liquorice.
Non-Chill Filtered and Natural Colour.
Bottled at 46% ABV.
Distilled at the Isle of Harris Distillery, Tarbert, Isle of Harris
Married in batches of around 12,000 bottles for a minimum of 16 weeks
Matured in the village of Ardhasaig in first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts
Casks chosen by José Miguel Martín and coopered in Bollullos Par Del Condado, Huelva, Spian.
Casks are 500L in size, 1260mm H x 850mm W, and made with 33-35 Spanish Oak staves.
