Tobermory 10 year old Non Chill Filtered at 46.3%, Established 1798 in the black box.

This Tobermory is estimated as a bottling between 2012-2014 with 2013 being the most likely single year. 

We belive this was distilled around 2002-2003. 

Considered as one of the early modern Tobermory 10 releases before the distillery closure / refurbishment period whish led to the newer 12 year old core range. 

Bottled at 46.3% and Non Chill Filtered. 

Colour: Bright, lemony gold. 

Nose: Rich island character with tantalising hints of grass, malt, gingerbread, stewed fruit syrup and finely polished oak. 

Palate: Smooth, velvety with fruity tangs and exquistely spiced gingerbread and aniseed for a medium sweetness to treasure. 

Finish: Ginger and spicy oak, matched with bitter chocolate and almond that gently fades with a tail of sweet salty seas.
