This classic Tomintoul 16 year old is a smooth and mellow bourbon finish single malt scotch whisky from the Speyside Tomintoul Distillery.

The Tomintoul 16 year old has been lovingly crafted from a selection of the finest American oak ex-bourbon casks. The end result is a multi award winning well balanced, sweet and creamy whisky which is fruity and slightly spicy with a long-lingering finish.

Nose: Soft fruit to the fore with hints of hazelnut and vanilla.

Palate: Lightness embraces a capacious flavour of nutty malted barley that extends into spice and complex oak traits. 

Finish: Velvety at first leading to a lightly spicy finale.
