Seiridh pronounced "Sheh-ree" is Gaelic for Sherry. 

Tomintoul Seiridh Non Age Statement Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez in Andalucia, Spain.

This process of finishing has created a beautifully rich, complex and full flavoured single malt.

Limited to 21,000 bottles and each bottle is individually numbered. 

Colour: Pale Amber

Nose: Aromas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans. 

Palate: Layers of dried figs and christmas cake with a touch of cedar spice. 

Finish: Warm, nutty with long notes of chocolate covered raisins, dried fruits and hints of liquorice that fade to a sweet woody linger.
