Heavily peated Single Malt Whisky made with Concerto malted barley with an in-grain phenols content of 78+PPM. Fermented with Pinnacle MG+ yeast and aged in a mix of First-Fill Bourbon Barrels and Re-Fill whisky barrels.
Bottled without reduction at 61.6% non-chill filtered and natural colour with a residual phenols level of 22.8 PPM.
A robustly Peated Spirit with a deceptively refined character, resulting in a complex and characterful maritime whisky.
