We present a 17 year old single cask Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Caol Ila Disillery. This is presented in the Connoisseurs Choice range from Gordon and MacPhail.

Distilled in 18/07/2006 and bottled 11/01/2024.

This First Fill Sherry Puncheon bottling has a cask strength of 58.3%.

Colour: Dark Gold

Nose: Blackcurrant jam and festive spices, lead to apple citrus peel with dried banana.

Taste: Orange zest and roasted peanuts combine with treacle toffee. Ginger spice comes to the fore alongside a hint of garden mint and sweet smoke.

Finish: Full with stewed berries and bonfire embers.

Limited to only 571 bottles.
