Since 2009 Caorunn Gin has been hand crafted in small batches at the Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. 

There unique blend of 5 hand picked Celtic botanicals and 6 classic gin botanicals are distilled in the worlds only working copper berry chamber to extract maximum flavour. 

The 5 main Botanicals include Rowan Berry Heather, Coul Blush Apple, Dandelion and Bog Myrtle. 

The 6 classic gin botanicals include Juniper, Lemon Peel, Coriander Seed, Cassia Bark, Orange Peel and Angelica Root. 

Tasting notes: Invigorating, clean and crisp, aromatic with a long dry finish.

Best served: 1 part Caorunn Gin, 2 parts chilled tonic water, garnish with red apple slices such as Pink Lady apples and served over ice.
