Cairngorm Scottish Highland Premium Distilled Gin from the Cairngorm Gin Company in Speyside 43% 70cl

Cairngorm Gin is an award winning hand-crafted artisan gin produced in small batches in our traditional copper pot still in the heart of one of Scotland’s most dramatic landscapes.

Hand Crafted Small Batch from the Scottish Highlands using the finest botanicals including Caledonian Pine and rare cloudberry, along with the water from the River Spey, this gin is influenced by the mountains and forests of the Cairngorm National Park creating a gin floral, fruity and earthy. This gin is distilled and bottled at the foot of the mountains on the banks of the River Spey.

Each bottle of our Cairngorm Gin is hand written with the bottle number, batch code and year of production.

Inspired by the diverse flora and fauna of Cairngorms National Park, we use nine botanicals and the freshest water from the River Spey to produce Cairngorm Gin.

The finest juniper, cloudberries, elderflower and Caledonian pine are intertwined with coriander seed, orris root, sweet orange peel, angelica and kaffir lime leaf to create a wonderfully refreshing, aromatic gin.

The Perfect Serve: A bold infusion of botanicals and Highland Mountain water resulting in a floral, fruity gin with subtle earthy tones. Our gin can be enjoyed neat over ice or paired with premium tonic, a slice of green apple, and garnished with raspberries and blackberries to enhance the unique cloudberry flavours.

Head distiller Jack creates each artisanal gin batch by hand with passion, skill and creativity. During each distillation, the heads and tails are precisely cut to extract only the heart of the spirit and the spirit is left to rest for seven days assuring a smooth finish and full flavour in every sip.
