Dry and light on the palate with delicate flavours of red fruit and spice, and the unmistakable flavour of slow berries. A touch of almond on the nose with a hint of pine coming from the juniper. Delicious served on its own over ice, topped up with soda or tonic, or even a splash of champagne for a real treat.
