Non Chill Filtered and Natural Colour.

The Bordeaux red wine casks used are made from two oak species, Quercus patrea & Quercus robur, adding savoury spice, whilst the red wine imparts tannins into the new make spirit.

The casks were previously used to age three vintages of Bordeaux red wine, resulting in sumptuous, fruity top notes into the spirit like blackberries, plums, and cherries.
