Kilchoman Small Batch Limited Release Batch 3 was limited to only 2100 bottles.

This was part of their experimental series and this batch combines casks of Kilchoman matured in Bourbon, Olorosso Sherry and Sauternes Wine casks.

The flavours are classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with layers of peaches, honey and white grape sweetness.

Established in 2005 the Distillery is owned and run by the Wills family. Kilchoman is Islay’s only Farm Distillery. Their 100% Islay range represents the revival of traditional farm distilling as they stand alone as Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt Scotch Whisky, all produced at Kilchoman from barley to bottle.
