Each cask in the flagship Golden Cask range is specially selected to represent the region and the distillery of its origin. They don’t chill filter, they use a coarse filter which cleans cask debris and allows for a fuller flavour and greater texture. Each bottle is one of a limited number from the parent cask, so no two casks will taste the same.
