This Hearach is the very first Single Malt Scotch Whisky to be produced from the Isle of Harris.
After the Harris Distillery's sucessful release of the Harris Gin, we now have the First Release of the Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Harris Distillery has released this Single Malt in batches of around 13,000 bottles. There is consistency between each batch but each batch may have a subtle variation.
The First Release shows the batch details on the bottle top. We have a few first releases.
HE 00008 23. The HE is Hearach, the 00008 is batch 8 and 23 is the year produced.
Ex-Bourbon casks, Oloroso and Fino Butts. Non-Chill Filtered and No added colour.
A historic Single Malt Whisky containing elements of Harris, the environment with the softest waters of the Outer hebrides.
