The Hearach is the very first Single Malt Scotch Whisky to be produced from the Isle of Harris.
Isle of Harris released 8 batches of the First Release.
We have collected 3 x bottles of the First Release. Batch 2, Batch 7, Batch 8.
After the Harris Distillery's sucessful release of the Harris Gin, we now have a small set of the First Release of the Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Harris Distillery has released this Single Malt in batches of around 13,000 bottles. There is consistency between each batch but each batch may have a subtle variation.
The First Release shows the batch details on the bottle top.

Ex-Bourbon casks, Oloroso and Fino Butts. Non-Chill Filtered and No added colour.
