Tormore 'Timeless' is predominantly matured in first-fill bourbon casks and refill bourbon casks to create sweet vanilla and the fruity notes of peaches and pears. Then a touch of sherry cask maturation adds elegance and length.
The Distillery Manager Polly Logan, describes Tormore Timeless, as their non-age-statement whisky with a beautiful, elegant fruit-forward flavour getting gorgeous peaches and pears with a lovely citrus note and then a lovely floral edge of honeysuckle all the way through.
