A Single Malt from the Knockdhu Distillery in Speyside Banffshire. 

The discovery of pure water springs on nearby Knock Hill, coupled with a landscape rich in peat and barley and the nearby Great North of Scotland railway line, presented a golden opportunity to John Morrison, who purchased the Knock estate in 1892 and founded the Knockdhu Distillery in 1893. 

The Knockdhu Distillery nestles under Knock Hill, known by the locals by its Gaelic name anCnoc. Although this single malt is specifically named after the anCnoc, the source of the pure crystal spring water, an essential element for this Single Malt Scotch Whisky. 

The anCnoc 12 years old Single Malt is both light and complex. 

Nose: Soft, very aromatic with a hint of honey and lemon in the foreground.

Palate: Sweet to start with an appetising fruitiness and a long smooth finish. Light and smooth, complex smoky taste with a soft note of malt and nuttiness. A malt for every occasion.
