Building on Diageo's success of their Rare Malts Editions, this incredible Brora First Release 30 year old is thought to be from the 1972 casks, and is consequently very highly sought-after today.
The 2002 Special Releases featured the first introduction of the Brora Distillery 30 year old expression.
Each further release after this First Edition bottling became highly anticipated from the Brora Distillery as part of their Special Releases. These Special Releases continued until 2017.
As the Brora distillery was closed after the distilling of this bottle this 30-year-old First Release has become a very special bottling for the collector or connoisseur of rare Single Malts.
