Murray Mc David have balanced this fresh Islay single malt by finishing it for four years in compact Rye whiskey casks from Koval Distillery, their partners in the US. 

Distilled in 2014  and bottled in 2024 and limited to only 1230 bottles.

Non Chill Filtered and Natural Colour bottled at 51.2%

Nose: Smoky seaside, toffee apple spice

Palate: Fruity peat, salted caramel, nuts

Finish: Oily, sweet oak, peppery malt

Since 1994 Murray McDavid have been poineers in the Art of Maturation by aging whisky in casks previously used for fine wines and spirits.
